What I would like to propose is to provide a training and support service to residents to assist them with their technology concerns and challenges.
1.1 To schedule short introductory sessions to explain what training and support will be offered. This will be done at no cost to the residents.
1.2 Thereafter to schedule training and awareness sessions with those residents that have an interest in this service and that believe that it would be beneficial to them. Sessions would be charged at a cost of R100 per attendee.
