Join us at DOTS for an interesting and informative lecture by a master jeweler: Kevin Friedman. He is the seventh generation from a distinguished line of South African jewelers. A true artist in his own right, Kevin is a multi-international award winning jeweler, artist, and jewelry historian.  His lecture will highlight the beauty and significance of the colourful traditional bead work of South Africa’s major cultures. Lectures will have an interval for tea. Please note time of first lecture: 2:30 PM and of repeated lecture: 5:30PM. Fees are R60 for visitors and R40 for members of DOTS. Membership applications at the door of Museum Auditorium.
