Tired of months of lockdown? We have just the thing to cheer you up. Let someone else do the driving while you take in the magnificent flowers of the West Coast National Park. We leave at around 08:30 and drive for about 1,5 hours to the reserve. Spend a few hours viewing the flowers, stopping every so often for photographs or to admire the views across the lagoon or across carpets of flowers.

We’ll have a picnic inside the reserve, among the flowers near the ocean and lagoon.

There is a strong possibility of seeing other wild animals such as ostriches, zebras and various types of buck, and the bird life is also very varied. The flowers are spectacular this year and you won’t be sorry to have made the trip to see them.

All Covid-19 safety protocols are adhered to. You need to wear a mask or visor, we will supply the sanitiser.  Please bring along your own packed picnic.

The vehicle is large but we will take a maximum of 5 people to allow for comfort and for everyone to have a window seat. We need to be a minimum of minimum of 4 guests.

Cost is R500 per person which includes the entrance fee of R64 for South African residents who have a valid identity.

Tours are subject to weather conditions being sunny and wind-free.

This tour is best suited for the months of August and September.
