PACKAGE EXCLUDES:

Transportation to and from the boarding point in Sandton

All lunches at the resort

All beverages not mentioned above

Items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Departure is subject to a minimum of 20 full-paying passengers participating on this tour. 
Bookings may be made by individuals or a group. All passengers will benefit from group rates.
Should less than 20 participants register for the tour, the package price may be adjusted upward in accordance with the number of passengers registered. Should this happen, you will be given the option to withdraw from the tour with a full refund if you wish to do so.

A non-refundable deposit of R5 000.00 per person is payable on confirmation of your participation. 
A refund of deposits may be considered if the tour doesn’t materialise or on cancellation for valid reasons such as medical emergencies or death in the family. (The latter is conditional on the passenger providing the relevant medical or death certificate and is at the discretion of the service providers to Andprom (Pty) Ltd.)

The remaining amount is payable by not later than 01 August 2019

Andprom (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility/liability for expenses incurred as a result of transportation delays, weather disruptions or other force majeure. We will, however, do all possible to assist with alternative arrangements where they are needed.
